To start trading you need to go through a verification process.

We have two types of accounts:

INDIVIDUAL PRO - designed for experienced retail investors, this account offers trading with no withdrawal limits, online account verification and access to some institutional products and personal broker services. You will need to verify your mobile number and email address and submit and verify your ID and proof of address. We aim to approve new users within a business day of sign up depending on geography

INSTITUTIONAL - all the advantages of an individual account, plus a professional account manager, access to advanced connectivity solutions such as FIX and colocation, and our full range of broker services including OTC block trading and Margin Lending. We require full verification of Directors and UBOs, and all corporate documents and forms. The approval process typically takes 2-3 business days.
